"Dollie" (Fantasy Mask Class)- Part 3 of ?

Rinsing out the soap...

...and blocking "Dollie" on a plastic jug...

                                                       ...using lots of clips...

...to hold her features in place while drying.

                                                      Her exotic headdress...

...with its fabric-lined 'cracked earth' design...

                                                ...needed a little hand-basting...

...where some of the bits had not quite 'felted in'.

It was fun to look around the room from time to time...

...and see what kinds of creatures the others were working on!

                                                  Although it looks like torture...

...I guarantee that "Dollie" remained unharmed during the blocking...

...despite her "A Clockwork Orange" appearance.  ')

Next time: more photos of my classmates' masks!
